Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy
Benefits
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is an innovative, research-informed approach designed to help individuals experience meaningful emotional healing and personal growth. By combining carefully administered ketamine with guided psychotherapy, this treatment can support deep therapeutic breakthroughs, especially for those who have not found relief through traditional methods alone.
Potential benefits include:
Rapid relief from depressive symptoms for many individuals
Reduced anxiety and trauma-related distress
Enhanced emotional openness and insight
Interrupting negative thought patterns
Greater self-compassion and perspective
Increased neuroplasticity to support new ways of thinking and responding
Deeper access to core emotions and memories within a safe, supported setting
Ketamine can temporarily create a state of expanded awareness, allowing clients to explore difficult experiences with less fear and defensiveness. When integrated with psychotherapy, these experiences can help foster lasting change, improve mood regulation, and renew hope.
Sessions are conducted in a comfortable, professionally supervised environment and include preparation and integration sessions to ensure safety and maximize therapeutic benefit.
Life’s journey has many challenges that sometimes seem insurmountable; however, these challenges can help us grow!
